Self-introduction
My research interest is to consider measures to enhance the effectiveness of management while focusing on the context, which is unspoken information. Specific research themes are (1) business conversion to develop the value of existing technology into new business areas by reading the context and its growth strategy, and (2) research on facilitation of business execution at overseas subsidiaries. In particular, (2) will focus on the differences in behavioral patterns against the background of local employees and expatriates, cultural differences, and how to overcome them.
