専門は介護予防です。超高齢者社会である日本において、健康寿命を延伸するための研究に取り組んでいます。最近、身体の老化だけでなく、認知症と関連して研究を進めています。身体の健康だけでなく、精神的な健康を保ちつづ、明るく楽しい地域社会づくりに貢献したく存じます。それこそ、共生社会医学講座の目的であります。
