広島大学英語文化系コースの助教授で、自己効力感と学習行動研究室の責任者です。地域の教育関係者と協力し、言語学と教育心理学を統合した実証的研究を行い、その成果を日本の言語教育ツール、実践、プログラムの改善に役立てています。
