陳超氏は現在、広島大学大学院先端科学技術研究科の助教であり、中国教育部「インテリジェント交通技術・システム重点実験室」の中核メンバーでもある。2023年に大連理工大学にて自動車工学の博士号を取得した。研究分野は、高度道路交通システム(ITS)(最適化など)およびデータ分析である。これまでに山東交通大学で准教授を務め、北京航空航天大学および広島大学でポスドク研究員を歴任した。
