自己紹介
I come from a multicultural background that has shaped my worldview and fueled my passion for addressing societal issues. Throughout my undergraduate years, I had the opportunity to visit esteemed institutions such as LSE, UCLA, and the University of Richmond (VA). These experiences exposed me to diverse applications of Economics and deepened my understanding of how this field could be harnessed to address societal challenges. I received my MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and my PhD in Economics from Hiroshima University. My current research interests are in labour and gender economics. Specifically, I am interested in studies on challenges that gender and sexual minorities encounter in school and workplaces and how those challenges impact their economic outcomes. I am also interested in the role of culture on behaviours and labour market decisions.
