自己紹介
渠蒙（総合科学博士）は、広島大学大学院人間社会科学研究科の准教授です。国際学術誌『Tourism Geographies』および『Folk, Knowledge, Place』の副編集長を務めている。 研究テーマは、文化観光、クリエイティブ・ツーリズム、リジェネラティブ・ツーリズムを通じた地域再生であり、国際芸術祭、地域文化創生、社会包摂型アート、創造的人材移住・起業、持続可能性などを切り口として研究を行っている。 また、デジタルメディアやドキュメンタリー映像を活用した調査・実践手法にも取り組んでいる。 創造地理学、観光地理学、農村研究を横断する学際的アプローチを基盤とし、現在はアジア太平洋地域およびEUにおけるコミュニティ埋め込み型アートと地域再生に関する比較研究を主導している。また、英国・カナダ・日本の島嶼地域社会における社会変容研究にも参画している。研究助成として、日本学術振興会科研費、中国国家自然科学基金委員会、および英国学士院の支援を受けている。 学術界に入る以前は、2006年から2015年までデザインおよびデジタルメディア分野に従事し、上海・北京においてインタラクティブデザインディレクターや副社長などの役職を歴任した。2011年以降は、インタラクティブデザインディレクターや瀬戸内国際芸術祭をはじめとする日中両国の芸術祭・地域再生プロジェクトに、ボランティア、運営スタッフ、研究者として参加している。2021年以降は、国連観光機関UN Tourismアジア太平洋エグゼクティブ研修プログラム、DMO、地域観光団体、インバウンド観光関連企業へのコンサルティングも行っている。
