自己紹介
コーポレート・ガバナンスは、経営者と投資家との間で生まれるものです。しかし、それぞれの意思決定はいずれも認知的な心理プロセスによって影響されており、完全に合理的なものとはいえません。このような背景から、私は、経営者のバイアスや非合理的な投資家が、企業活動、特に企業の社会的責任に与える影響を研究することに関心があります。経営者や投資家の意思決定の背景にある原動力を探り、政府や政策立案者がその知見を活用して、どのように企業に一層、効率的かつ責任をもって振る舞うよう方向付けることができるかを考えたいと思います。
