Self-introduction
There is a disease called aggressive periodontitis that develops at an early age and progresses rapidly. Currently, the cause is not well understood. However, the involvement of genes is suspected due to the accumulation of patient with this disease in the family. I am identifying the causative gene of this disease and elucidating its pathophysiology.
