Self-introduction
My research themes arise from practical challenges encountered in real-world system operations. To address these issues, I apply interdisciplinary approaches in information science and conduct research on information infrastructure operation technologies that support people. One example is a method I devised to recognize the LED indicators of various network devices through image processing, which helps improve operational management. I have implemented and experimented with this approach. In addition, I am working on automating system operations based on information collection using mobile robots. In the near future, I aim to create an environment where even a small number of administrators can effectively operate and manage complex information infrastructure systems.
