Self-introduction
I am interested in intracellular signal transduction, especially protein phosphorylation and dephosphorylation. I am now studying about multifunctional CaM kinases, which play important roles in Ca2+ signaling, and CaM kinase phosphatase (CaMKP/PPM1F/POPX2), which is involved in their regulation. CaMKP has been reported to be involved in pathogenesis of various diseases such as cancer and depression.
