Self-introduction
I am working on the research of "data mining" to unearth the latent value hidden in data. Data mining was invented in the late 90's by Dr. Rakesh Agrawal, who was a researcher at IBM at the time. Since then, this technology has developed rapidly both as research and as a business, supporting today's AI technology and electronic commerce systems. At that time, I joined the first data mining project in Japan as a researcher at IBM Japan. In particular, we are good at finding patterns including location information and analysis methods that take privacy into consideration.
