Self-introduction
Using fish and amphibians as aquatic vertebrate models, I study how morphology has evolved and diversified in association with transitions into terrestrial and aquatic environments. In particular, I use genetic engineering approaches to investigate how changes in developmental processes and in the genome affect morphology.
