The influence of Pauline notions and wording can be found throughout the letter. However, the author attributed it not to Paul, because it is addressed to the areas where the Pauline mission had not (yet) achieved success. Instead, he chose Peter as its sender, and composed a Christian “Diaspora” letter from Peter in Rome to Diaspora communities in the northern part of Asia Minor.
  4. "Suffering as a Christian" (1 Peter 4:16): Christian Identity in the Early Christian Mission and 1 Peter., TSUJI Manabu, 74th General Meeting of Studiorum Novi Testamenti Societas, 2019/07/29, Without Invitation, English, Studiorum Novi Testamenti Societas, University of Marburg (Germany)
