- Self-introduction
- When I was a student, I studied the life history of the fish Andamia tetradactyla that invaded the land in the field of Kuchinoerabu Island, Kagoshima Prefecture for 7 years. NHK Science Program Creatures Earth Travel, TBS Live Animal Wonders! , NHK science program Darwin came, etc., shooting cooperation and appearance. In addition to surveys of shallow-sea fish fauna in the Tokara Islands (Kagoshima Prefecture) and the Seto Inland Sea (Hiroshima Prefecture), we are also conducting research on the ecology and distribution of the near-threatened mudskipper.
Since 2011, we have been conducting ecological research that contributes to the conservation of the national special natural monument, the giant salamander, in collaboration with local residents and local governments.
In particular, we promote the "Higashi-Hiroshima (Kamo Plateau) Ecomuseum Concept", which regards local resources such as giant salamanders as "exhibits" and considers the entire area as a museum, and carries out activities aimed at achieving both regio
Although our museum is very small , we are working hard with the aim of shining museum . We are waiting for the visit of young people , which aims to curator .
