Self-introduction
I am conducting research and education on how to control light using microstructures of several hundred nanometers in size. I have succeeded in developing a fast electromagnetic field simulator for plasmonic crystals with periodic nano-sized holes on the metal surface, and are using it to elucidate the details of surface plasmon resonance in plasmonic crystals and to develop novel optical devices such as highly sensitive biosensors.
