自己紹介
歯周炎は、細菌感染の宿主の免疫応答の結果、歯周組織が崩壊し歯の喪失に至る疾患です。一方、多分化能・自己増殖能を有する幹細胞を用いた組織再生療法の開発研究が新しい医療技術として大きな期待を集めています。そこで私たちは、間葉系幹細胞と独自に開発した3次元細胞集塊培養技術を応用し、新規の歯周組織再生療法の確立を目指しています。
