Self-introduction
As a sport psychologist, I conduct studies of motor control and learning and practical studies of mental training. In motor control studies, I investigate the influence of pressure on psychological, physiological and behavioral aspects of human performance. In motor learning studies, I investigate how organization of practice influences efficacy of motor skill learning. In practical studies of mental training, I investigate the influence of cognition such as mindset and the influence of physical states such as posture and movement on motor performance. A variety of research methods such as qualitative research, survey research and experimental research are used in my studies.
