Self-introduction
I am researching the mechanism and reduction of anxiety and depression from the perspective of cognitive-behavioral therapy. And I am also conducting research on environmental and psychological factors related to work stress in corporate employees and nurses. I am also conducting research on the use of music as a method to improve anxiety and depressed mood.
