Self-introduction
My research field is chemical ecology of lepidopteran insects, with butterflies as the main materials. We investigate the structure and function of semiochemicals (pheromones and allelochemicals) that control specific behaviors such as egg-laying and mating, and discuss their ecological and evolutionary significance.
