Self-introduction
Ultra high vacuum (UHV) is necessary for synchrotron radiation facilities so as to store electron beams stably. There are beamline frontends between storage ring and beamlines, because the frontends remove the most of heat from the synchrotron light. My major works are research and development of beamline frontend and vacuum technology.
